Toko MC blends Caribbean, Surinamese, Cape Verdean and Asian ingredients to create dishes inspired by the cuisines of Jamaica, Suriname, Trinidad, Brazil, Cuba and a hint of Asia. The cooking style is a combination of traditional Creole homestyle and modern Western.
